Happy 3rd Birthday Avery Elizabeth

3 years ago on June 1st, 2010 our little adorable Avy Baby was born! She came in to this world full of excitement and love! She is our baby and I can't believe she will be 3 years old in a few short hours.

Avery has grown to be such a smart, sassy, adorable, stinker, messy play in the dirt girl, girly, dramatic, and just so darn cute you can't be mad at her kind of girl.

Things to know about Avery:

• Weighs about 32-34lbs...she is our 'little peanut'. She has her actual 3 year check up on Monday so I will know the actual numbers. 
• Still doesn't pronounce her R's. To be honest, it is fricken adorable. I will be very sad when she starts to actually use the R's in words as that means my baby is growing up. 
• Is starting to resist taking naps. Yet in the early evening she starts to dose off out of no where...not tired my butt!  
• Loves to eat...well certain things. She loves her breakfast and lunch. She is a picky eater but starting to eat her vegetables. That is a huge accomplishment as she REFUSED and would gag. She does this weird thing that she will smell her food if she doesn't know what it is and that usually means she will not try it. 
• Loves her some crackers and chips...she takes after her mom :-)
• Loves, Loves and I mean LOVES her Little People Princesses, Rapunzel and Eugene dolls from the Disney Store, babies and anything to do with princesses. 
• Loves playing outside! She loves to get dirty and doesn't care at all. Now that it is rainy everyday and muddy that means baths are VERY frequent. 
• Is OBSESSED with telling people she has owies. I mean she will remember from months ago and tell people (strangers too). She likes the reaction people give to her. She usually needs a bandaid all the time for some type of owie on her body! 
• Is much more accepting to getting her hair done. Doesn't like to get her hair ruined when playing or getting dressed/undressed! She thinks pigtails make her run really fast...I just roll with it!
• Loves her daddy...blahhhhh...hahaha! I asked her the other day if she loved me and her response was, after daddy I will love you. At one point in her life she was OBSESSED with mommy :-)
• Is starting to make these goofy/weird poses when taking a picture....full of character that girl! 
• She is getting better at recognizing letters but it is my fault because I tend to forget that she is still a baby. OOPPS! 
• Avery will be starting her first year of preschool in the fall and she is VERY excited. I am however nervous because she hasn't been in a daycare since she was a baby. She sometimes forgets that other kids can share toys and play with her. We are working on that and will be a big adjustment soon. 
• Loves her sister! She wants to do everything with her...well most of the time. 
• Avery is just a lovable, sweet, caring, cuddly, happy girl and her mommy and daddy couldn't be more proud of how she is maturing and growing. We can't wait to watch her blossom! Happy Birthday to our little pumpkin!
