Happy 5th Birthday Avery Elizabeth

Happy 5th Birthday to this beautiful girl! I can't believe she is already 5...time DOES go by fast! 

Some things to know about Avery as she has grown over the last year...

• Loves, Loves, Loves animals! She is a huge animal lover and I am pretty sure will grow up to be a vegetarian :-)
• Loves to be a helper
• Loves talking to anyone and everyone...positive and negative! 
• Loves her sister! 
• She is starting to love her brother more and more. At first she could have cared less but she was always the first to try to stop him from crying...he cried A LOT!!!! She doesn't like when Jaxon touches her stuff or drools! 
• Still a picky eater but willing to try more things or at least a bite. 

• DOES NOT like her food to touch on her plate. Heavens to Betsy if her food goes in to the ketchup/ranch before she dips it, she will not eat it. She is a snacker and if could snack on small things daily with no big meals she would be a happy girl. Like her Momma! 
• She is a Momma's girl....well normally! This girl Loves Gramma. If we (Gramma, Momma and Dadda) were all in a line and she had to choose she would choose Gramma :-) She is a Gramma's girl for sure!!!
• She does not like bed time. She fights it on a daily basis. She always has to tell us something or something is very important at bed. 
• Avery no longer naps...but needs them. She will usually fall asleep on the way home from my dads on a daily basis but god forbid will not take them during the day. 
• She asks SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many questions and sometimes does not stop talking. I love this about her. She is very inquisitive about anything. If she doesn't know what a word or what something means she will ask and continue to ask about it. Imagine a girl that is very inquisitive hearing and asking about the tornado drill siren...that was a half a day of talking about tornadoes! LOL, makes me laugh thinking about that day! TJ and I joke with her and tell her she is only allowed so many more questions to ask because she is almost maxed out...LOL!!!
• She is a bright girl and I can't wait for her to start Kindergarten. She is BEYOND ready and will thrive. She loves anything and everything about school and learning. I am however going to be a WRECK when she goes. She has been home with me for 4 years of her life and always been my baby girl.
• She loves when Mom doesn't have to watch her. Thanks Ave ;-) Its like a special day for her. I am with her everyday all day long and when someone else gets to watch her it is SPECIAL. Oh and get ready she will be ready to talk your ear off :-) 
• Avery loves Soccer, Gymnastics, Swimming. She basically does a great job at whatever she tries. She is my adventurous child and willing to try stuff. She however needs A LOT of reassurance about how she is doing. She is willing but needs the encouragement! 

We can't wait for what the next year has to bring for her! Sooooo many fun and new things will happen this year and we can't wait!
