Madison has been signed up for Raddatz Dance. She will be doing tap and jazz with other 2.5-4 year olds! Her class starts Monday with Ms. Becca!
I have wanted to have Madison in dance for a while but her age was always the issue. Well after a little research we found some places. We chose Raddatz because when Shelbie and Sam were growing up they went to Nancy Raddatz Dance (her daughter owns the Raddatz Dance).
When I asked Madison if she wanted to start dancing she immediately said yes! I showed her the video on the website and she was very excited. Madison and I took a short drive to the studio to purchase her tap shoes, leotard and get her registered. Lets just say I have never seen her SO excited as she was.
She refused to take off her leotard after we tried it on at the studio...so we wore it home. She got to watch 10 year old girls practice tap and lets just say she wanted to go in and DID NOT want to leave. She had a slight fit because she wanted to stay and dance. The whole way home she kept saying she was "mad and crabby". Once she got home she was excited to show her outfit and shoes off! She was so happy!
I am hoping Monday goes just as well...will update soon! Keep your fingers crossed. Oh and her recital is in May...so mark your calendars. Todd and TJ you are coming and do not have to work :) hahahaha!
Here are some pictures of her new outfit and shoes...I DO know she has mismatched socks on but she insisted on wearing those. She even put them on herself...so we rolled with it!
